Simply Pretty

Here are Lauren and Adam. They got married at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with their reception following at Whitmoor Country Club. Can you believe this weather?...in August?! What a nice day to have a wedding. Due to an event in downtown St. Charles, we decide to re-route to Faust Park after going to Twin Oaks Park, and I'm so happy that we did. The pictures turned out beautifully and the light was gorgeous.











There are just too many pretty pictures of Lauren...I could't even fit all of my favorites here.







I'm pretty sure I have an addiction to shoe pictures :P I love how Lauren's shoes matched the look of her flowers.

Where It All Started...

Here are Stephanie and Jimmy. They are getting married next month at the St. Louis Zoo. Stephanie has actually been my hair person for the last 5 or so years! I am excited to be doing her wedding. We did thier engagement session down on the Landing, wihich is where Stephanie and Jimmy first met.

The image above is my absolute FAVORITE!

Betting on Love

Here are Dorothy and Brian. Their wedding ceremony was at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles, with the reception following at the Ameristar Casino. Dorothy and Brian are a very sweet couple. It was another veeeery hot day, but they were very good about it. We also got to work with wedding coordinator, Shelli Alred for the first time, which was very nice.

Goofy...I Love It

This is Caitlin and Ryan. We will be doing their wedding in February. We did their engagement session at the Grand Basin and in the Delmar Loop. it probably isn't the BEST idea to do a session in the Loop at 6 pm on an Friday (my fault, oops), but we worked it out pretty well. Caitlin and Ryan are really entertaining. They kept us on our toes.

The Precious...

Here are Leah and Sunil. Their ceremony and reception were at the Missouri Botanical Gardens. They had some real luck with weather. It rained all morning before their wedding...but by the time of their pictures and ceremony, it was beautiful outside. And pleasantly cool...in August! PLUS, thier ceremony took place at 7 pm...just about the BEST time of day for "good light" (which we lovingly refer to as "the Precious").

Leah and Sunil's families are so lovely, warm and kind. I saw smiles everywhere I looked. Plus they know how to have fun.
