Angie & Matt - Engagement

Angie and Matt are getting married next year. I actually lived down the street from Angie during grade school...and we even carpooled to school together for a while.  Angie wanted a manicured garden feel for their session, so we decided to use some areas around the Jewel Box and the Muny, in Forest Park.    We usually try not to use all traditional locations, but we felt we could try some different techniques with them this time.  The colors and the light were lovely and Angie and Matt are so natural and easy to work with.

Kari and Scott - Engagement

Kari and Scott are getting married this October. We did their engagement session while they were in town from Ft. Worth, Texas, where they live. Kari and Scott wanted a country vibe, to show off their Texas flair (and their cowboy boots!), as well as a little dash of city life.

Kelly and Brian - Wedding

Kelly and Brian are such a laid-back, fun couple.  They definitely made it easy for us to do our job.  Kelly and Brian’s ceremony took place at the very unique and beautiful St. Anselm Catholic Church.  It was built in the 60’s and on the outside it looks like the cross between some sort of sea creature and an alien dwelling.  The inside had some seriously gorgeous light and interesting angles to work with.  Their reception followed at the Marriott West, in Chesterfield.  

In honor of the 2012 Olympics, Kelly and Brian’s wedding party carried flags for their party entrance. And what a good wife Kelly is...

...She got signatures from the whole Liverpool Football team to go along with Brian’s groom’s cake.  I think he liked it :)

Congrats Kelly and Brian!  It was a blast!
