Can You Feel the Heat?

This is Cara and Chad. Their ceremony was at the Butterfly House, with the reception following, at the St. Peter's Art's and Community Center. They seem to have weird luck in the weather department, when it comes to pictures. During their engagement session, in the spring, it was unseasonably cold. And now, Cara and Chad have the distinction of having the HOTTEST wedding we've ever had! It was 100+ degrees on their wedding day. They dealt with the heat like true troopers though.























Congrats! I hope Italy was fabulous!

Heat Advisory

This is Leah and Sunil. They are getting married in August. We did their engagement session around the Grand Basin area in Forest Park. It was REALLY HOT, so we really appreciated the enthusiasm that they had during their session. People can easily be crabby and unenthusiastic in the middle of a heat advisory! But Leah and Sunil were so fun to work with.

I love the colors. They popped nicely against the backgrounds.

Boudoir Marathon - JULY 19, 2009!

After getting very positive feedback from many of you, I have set up a Boudoir Photography Marathon for July 19th, 2009!

DETAILS:
Boudoir Marathon!

Where: A stylish Walk of Fame suite at the Moonrise Hotel, a modern boutique hotel on Delmar
When: Sunday, July 19th, 2009
Fee: $300

Includes:
- A one-hour photo session
- Professional hair and make-up by the fabulous Holly Speakes (air-brush make-up available for additional $15)
- A Copyright-Released DVD of your images
- Standard retouching/enhancing
- Champagne and wine

Coffee table books of your images can also be purchased in addition to your image DVD.

This would be a female-only, closed set. We have TWO time slots still available for this day. Please let me know, as soon as possible, if you would like to book a time slot. Boudoir Marathons tend to fill up FAST so I will accommodate those who are interested on a first-come, first serve basis. We will most likely do another marathon later in the year.

Boudoir photography is done in a intimate setting, featuring tastefully sensual and sexy portraits of the bride-to-be or ANY woman wanting to strut her stuff. These can be done in lingerie, your hubby's t-shirt or anything else. You can be as covered up as as you want/need to be...by no means do you need to feel uncomfortable. The intention is to give your groom-to-be or husband a great gift that he might never expect. This is a great gift to give your groom on the day of the wedding and it also works as a great anniversary or birthday gift. Women who have done boudoir sessions in the past rave that it also gives them a huge boost in self-confidence!
