Sarah and Justin - Engagement

Sarah and Justin are getting married this September.  They are a fun couple, who spend a lot of time in Old St. Charles, so that was the perfect place for us to do their engagement session.  An aside:  It was prom night (again!) in St. Charles, so we got to people-watch all of the hundreds of kids in their prom gear.  We were down in Old St. Charles on prom night last year too!  How does that happen?  Anyway, it was a little chilly for April, but we made the best of it.  Sarah and Justin are great at cuddling and being love-y, even when they are cold.

Sarah and Justin, we will see you soon!

Shelley and the Girls - Glamour

These ladies are one of our favorite families!  Shelley and her daughters: Jen, Laura and Kate, have such a beautiful relationship.  It really says something about Shelley and her husband, Mitch, to see how beautiful, kind and caring all three of their daughters are.  Shelley has seen all three girls through their wedding days (Jen - 4 years, Laura - 2 years, and Kate - about 3 weeks!) and now they all look forward to the next phases of their lives.

Can't forget Chuch!

Erika and Tyler - Wedding

Erika and Tyler's wedding ceremony and reception took place at the Hyatt at the Arch, downtown.  Now, Erika and Tyler must have someone looking out for them.  The morning of their wedding was full of non-stop heavy rain.  We quickly went through plans B, C and D for their pictures.  At about 2 pm we were getting ready to leave the hotel to take pictures...and right at 2 pm the clouds parted and out came full sun!  Erika and Tyler totally deserved the beautiful day they got.  They are truly special people.  You can't miss the fact that they are adorable, but once you meet them, you find out how kind and genuine they are.   They trusted our vision and hopefully we didn't disappoint!

Erika and Tyler were SO excited to see each other for the first time!

  Um, yeah....so Erika is gorgeous:

Erika naturally knows how to "smize".  For those who don't watch America's Next Top Model, that means "smile with your eyes".  I didn't tell her to do this...and no I didn't work on her eyes.  That's what they really look like.

The ceremony took place on the Terrace on the roof of the Hyatt, overlooking the Arch.  The light was beautiful and there was so much love to go around.

Erika and Tyler, we can't express how wonderful it was to work with you!  Congratulations!
