Katie & Mike - Wedding

Katie and Mike’s wedding was all-around sunny...from their yellow and gray wedding details, to the sunny (94 degree!) weather.  Who would have thought the first weekend in May would feel like July?  The weather of 2012 so far has been unreal.  Katie and Mike’s wedding took place in the Japanese Garden, at the Missouri Botanical Gardens.  Kudos to Katie and Mike for keeping big smiles on their faces throughout the day, because it was HOT.  The reception followed, at Windows on Washington.

Katie and Mike work at Anheuser Busch, and that’s even where they met.  SO we had to stop to get some pictures with the iconic clydesdales sign.

It was also Cinco de Mayo, so some accessories needed to be added into the mix....

Katie is apparently the queen cupcake maker.  While she didn’t make these, cupcakes were a must at their reception.

Jojo and Joe - Wedding

This is Jojo and Joe. Their wedding ceremony and reception were at the Missouri Botanical Gardens. Jojo and Joe were so excited to be getting married! When you saw them look into each others’ eyes, you could tell that they are so in love. We had a beautiful day to be outside, especially considering there was a thunderstorm the morning of the wedding! Planning by the lovely Katie Sotiriou and Blush Weddings & Events.
